What is this subreddit?
This is a space for Jews to connect. Think of it as a fusion between a personals page and an online social space.
Community and togetherness have always been at the heart of what it means to be Jewish. Now we can do it on Reddit, too.
Why did you decide to start it?
In the words of Genesis 2:18:
לֹא־ט֛וֹב הֱי֥וֹת הָֽאָדָ֖ם לְבַדּ֑וֹ
It is not good for man to be alone.
These are challenging times for many of us. I know that I personally, and many others, feel unsafe, unwelcome and isolated in the many places we live all over the world. In times like these more than any other time, we’re all one family. Let’s not be alone.
How can I help?
