We celebrated it tonight on May 12th in the US by lighting a bonfire. I read that it started on May 11th and ends tonight (the 12th). However, are bonfires lit on both nights? I think bonfires were lit on the 11th in Israel. Are the fires lit both nights, or are they lit on different nights in Israel and the US? In other words, does Israel light fires one night before the US?
