Questions about walking restrictions on Shabbat (Techum)

This weekend I am going out of town a friend’s house and I was planning on walking to the local Chabad for Shacharit. Then I realized that from the last house to the next is almost certainly more than 70 2/3 cubits. If that’s the case then I’d only be able to walk 2000 Amos from that point, even though the shul is about 2 miles away. Is there a way around this, do I just have to stay home? Does this walking restriction apply to Yom Tovim also or just Shabbat? Any help would be appreciated (attached is part of the route that is in question)
