Questions about pre-nups in a Jewish marriage

hi I have some questions about pre-nups in Orthodox Jewish marriages —

is the ksuba essentially a pre-nup?

Is it accepted for the chasan to have his kalla sign a pre-nup before an Orthodox Jewish marriage?

In the event of a divorce where there was no pre-nup, what happens to the couple’s assets, and is this decided by a non-jewish court, or by a beis din? Same question essentially when there was a pre-nup, will the assets be split according to the pre-nup, or according to the ksuba, or some third option?

If you know anything relevant to this topic, please do share. 🙂
