Question regarding Ezekiel and the two seas canal ?

Salam, Shalom, Peace,

In Ezekiel 47-19 it is written about the southern border :

And the south side southward, from Tamar even to the waters of strife in Kadesh, the river to the great sea. And this is the south side southward.

Any one have any idea which river is he refering ?

A drought river along the rift valley ?

It would be problematic because the topology of the ground is inappropriate (from the red sea to the dead sea, the ground go down).

A canal ?

How do you understand this verse?

Toda
