Question for Jews: Do you say “bless you” or “gesundheit”?

I’m wondering if Jews are any more likely to say “gesundheit” than the general population (because Yiddish, maybe?). I ask because my Jewish grandmother usually says gesundheit instead of bless you and I’ve picked up that habit from her. Not sure if it’s a Jewish thing or just a her thing, or maybe a little of both
