Question about Sanhedrin 98B on the Messianic Redemption.

It appears that Sanhedrin 98B says that in the Sefaria Version, that goyim were created by God to be nothing more than slaves.

It says that the bull (The Jew) and the horse (Goyim) aren’t equal. It compares the Messianic Age to a field of crops. Where the bull is the ideal specimen, however when its injured, a horse is placed in its stall. But when the bull recovers… the horse will come out kicking and screaming.

This is ubermensch philosophy? No?
