Question about Jewish identity of child of post-birth maternal convert

So, my family has Jewish lineage through a great-great-grandmother who was forced to convert to Christianity in Central America (bnei anusim).

I technically am ethnically Jewish (even though it is a small percentage), but since my mother is now going to be formally converting to Judaism, would this then mean that I will be officially Jewish? Or would I have to convert? Would my matrilineal Jewish identity not apply since she converted after my birth?
