(Just riffing on this morning’s post…) Help me brainstorm kids costumes, please. That is, I know what kids want to dress up as, but two particular questions – How do you make a cape for a preschooler that isn’t a strangulation hazard? And how do you plan Purim costumes when you don’t know what to expect from the temperature? I feel like half of years, costumes are great at night, and then kids are boiling by midday, or they’re comfortable by day but freezing at night because they refused to wear a coat over their costume.
Also, ideas for mishloxei manos treats that can be made over a week ahead? I know that a lot of cookies can, but I’m looking for other suggestions.
