Prayers for going into surgery?

Hi everyone! I am in the final steps with my doctors and will be having surgery soonish. It is very routine and I should be fine but I am being put under and am admittedly anxious. I know we, as Jews, have prayers we say on behalf of other people who are ill, injured, in the hospital, etc. but are there any prayers that I can/should say for myself on the day of as the person having the surgery?

I’ve never had any procedures like this or been put under before so I’m not sure what typically is or isn’t done, prayer-wise, in these situations. Thank you!
