Passover Groceries Help?

I grew up basically secular and never kept Passover (for the full duration at least) before. In the last year plus some I have taken a lot of religious initiative and have become significantly more observant. I am going to keep Pesach this year and do not know why groceries to buy from my kosher market in terms of staples. For reference, I do not eat kinyot, and I am the only person in my household who will be keeping Passover so I only need enough for myself 3 meals a day times the days of Passover. Also I don’t mind things where I have to actually cook them. The kosher grocery near me sells a lot of different carb options other than matzo and has a large stock of options. Thanks!
