Not sure how to handle this

I work for a company that has no course on antisemitism, that has not sent any correspondence regarding anything since October 7. I wear my magen David frequently. I have been getting many questions in the last year about Judaism ( shock that I’m not Israeli, how do i not have an accent when speaking English? Am i homesick? When was i last in my real home? Why is it that every Jewish person I know is great with finance?) I have not reported anything to hr. Since October 7, many people at work have been kind…others keep saying “it’s just about land, how could Israel not agree to a ceasefire?” I have written an email to my manager many times, it remains in a draft. I feel so uncomfortable speaking up while with the exact same time so mad at myself for not. Any advice is welcomed
