New to being religios, are there any prayers that I can use when a family member is in the hospital?

I’ve prayed a few times whenever I’m in a critical moment, such as when I tried to kill myself, and I’ve always felt better. Whether it’s a placebo or a higher power I don’t know and I don’t care. Are there any special prayers or phases in Hebrew I can use, or should I just use my regular English prayer?
