This feels like a stupid question, but right now I’m in Israel where there are a lot of places with „street food“ that are also kosher certified (this doesn’t exist where I live).It often comes in/with bread and I was wondering where people wash netilat yadayim when there seems to be no place to do it. Am I missing something? Is it bread that does not require hamotzi?
