Neeeing guidance for how a specific piece of clothing may be perceived

I have a top that’s more or less like this: white, with two black tassels. These are quite long. A non Jewish friend made a comment about how it looked very Jewish to her because of the tassels. I think she was referring to tzitzit/tallit? To me it’s just a blouse, and tallit looks nothing like this. But I don’t want to seem careless and insensitive of culture when wearing it- here’s some more background information on me: I am female, so probably not in the right gender for wearing tallit (and in case this blouse resembles them…), and I am converting to conservative Judaism, so I would be especially curious about the feedback from conservative or even orthodox Jews. Is it just a blouse or do you feel like tassels are too much? I’d rather ask one stupid question too much than be insensitive and ignorant
