Need a Hebrew speaking Skype friend for my kiddo.

Hi, I want my child (6 yo) to learn Modern Hebrew. He has been watching israeli cartoons on YouTube for over 4 years now, already knows a lot (Starting with Rinnat ve Yoyo, then onto Disney/Nickelodeon, then onto Gaming channels). I want him to have friends (same aprox. age) that talk native Hebrew via Skype or something similar. Question: is there some place on the internet where he could have this interaction or get some friends? This is the best age phase for him to learn and all places are for adults. Thanks.
