Neder that breaks a mitzvah

What if someone made a vow to HaShem to do something that violated a mitzvah? Something very serious like let’s say they vowed to HaShem that if He did something for them, then they would murder or commit adultery or even break Shabbat. What would this person be expected to do?

Jephtha’s vow was a really stupid mistake but I assume he never intended to commit murder when he made the vow. But what if the person did intend to? What if his vow was explicitly to kill his daughter? Would that even be considered valid? Would HaShem expect him to do that?

P.S. I know it’s a stupid question and I can’t imagine a person would ever make such a vow. But I’m just curious.
