Natufians and Judaism. Was this a Canaanite population absorbed by the Israelites?

I was playing around in GED match with my raw data, and a population that kept coming up was natufians. I had no idea what this was so I googled them.

In summation, an ancient Canaanite people.

Does anyone who may have more knowledge on the topic have any good reads/research on the relationship or transition of these peoples in relation to the Israelites?
