My wife needs someone in the community to talk with.

As a preface, I know very little about the Jewish community. My wife is going through a conflict of emotions, spirit, and mind. She would like to be able to communicate with an experienced female member of jewish community who can talk about sensative and traumatic things. They dont have to be a medical professional (she has a therapist), or a religious leader (I’m emailing a local rabbi). Honestly I think an elderly matron who can be both motherly and direct would be best. I know it’s an odd ask, and I’m not really conveying the situation well. I’m just trying to help my wife through a difficult time on matters with which I dont have knowledge. Any advice, direction, or information would be greatly appreciated.
