hi! my mom named me kohen because her and my dad really liked leonard cohen, and thought it would be cool with a k instead of a c (because my dad’s name is kurtis with a k instead of a c) i recently found out what the name really means and feel bad about it because it’s cultural appropriation as i read on some baby name forums. i don’t want to be disrespectful to anyone by having this name so i came here to ask your opinions? should i change my name?
