My Dads hebrew name

My paperwork is kinda all over the place, but from my barmitzah documentation

Actually its kind of an order of service sheet with aliyot and hebrew names etc

This paperwork is from 1976 incidentally

But anyway on the form my dads name was Alayaza David, but i cant find anything about what his given name means

Any Ideas

My dad was Ashkenazi btw & I think the family were originally from Russia,. but also possibly Rumania
