Hello, yesterday I had an oral exam on Abrahamic religions and one of the topics discussed was circumcision. The professor asked who was the first person circumcised according to the Hebrew narrative and I thought it was Ishmael, as when Abraham is commanded in the book of Genesis 17:10-13 he is told to do so upon his people and takes his son Ishmael with him.
