looking to become more Jew-ish

I’m a Jew by birth and have recently found out I have likely Sephardi ancestry. I was raised Christian(Deist? Not church-going anyways) but never really vibed with organized religion. I recently began getting more in touch with my Jewish roots and became a practicing Jew last fall.

I guess what I’m really struggling with is feeling like an outsider in a lot of Jewish spaces. I wasn’t raised reading the Torah, or going to synagogue, or learning Hebrew, and I didn’t have a Bat Mitzvah. I don’t have any traditions in my family and I just feel disconnected. Any tips on finding belonging?
