Looking for very, very strong Maror

I’m a Hebrew School teacher. I’m hoping this year to re-convene a nice little unit on Passover by making Charoset from all over the world. I’ve tried to pair this with Maror…but I can’t find really strong stuff. Does it exist? I know there it’s a root so we can’t do a “Hot Ones” type challenge, but it would be nice to make some kids sweat.

Thank you! (I would also love unique, international Charoset recipes but I can search for that)
