Hey everybody!
I’m an Ashkenazi and Latino Jewish person very passionate about Jewish history and the maintaining of minority beliefs, practices, and language within the Jewish community. Some examples of smaller communities that come to mind are Bukharian Jews, Haymanot/Ethiopian Jews, Karaites, Greek Jews, North African non-sephardic Jews, Kaifeng Jews, etc.
If you are a member of one of these groups, or another smaller population within the larger Jewish community, I’d like to talk to you and hopefully learn about your experience.
I live in the NYC metropolitan area and am willing to meet anywhere on the East Coast but would also like to connect virtually with any Jews around the world.
I fully believe that all of our unique experiences should be preserved, and that Jewish people have strength not just in our unity, but in our variety.
