Since panic buying has effected my area I have been unable to buy the yeast I use to make my challah every week, so I started some yeast starters (100% hydration and 50% hydration for different types of baking).
I have only found 2 recipes and one didn’t work and the other one barely uses any eggs and so created a very different kind of challah than I’m used to. my recipe before used 7 and this only uses 2!
I am also not experienced with bread enough to figure out how to just make my recipe with the dough starter 😅 I’ve tried following guides online with no luck.
