Kislev is upon us. As this is only my second year celebrating Chanukah, I had never made latkes before tonight. They were really tasty however the outsides didn’t crisp up as much as I’d like. What tips and tricks do y’all have for making your latkes super crispy? Do any of y’all have a favorite recipe? I really just want to get this down before the holiday so when I have folks over, I’m not giving them terrible latkes. Thanks!
