Latino Jew Resources

Hi! I’m in the process of conversion and I’m having some trouble with mixing my culture with Judaism? If that makes sense? Since most of Latin culture is heavily influenced by catholicism it’s been a struggle lol.

So, does anyone have any resources that are not necessarily specific to my situation but of Latino Jews and their culture?
