As a Ba’al Teshuvah, I don’t like the tattoos I have from my secular life. I have 3, that I got at the same time, at a very messed up point in my life that I don’t care to remember. People say they like the one on my arm, but I think I want it gone. What does halacha say? Is it also against halacha to have them removed, given the destructive process involved?
