For background purpose I am sephardic morrocan. Several yeara ago I once asked my father if we ate kitniyot on pesach to which he replied we don’t. Now years later he tells me its totally fine to eat kitniyot. I understand that some have the minhag to eat kitniyot but this confuses me now am I allowed to eat kitniyot or not? Is there any info on this issues for sephardic customs.
