kashering the kitchen, advice ?

gut shabbos everyone !! i wondered if i could get some tips / suggestions / advice before evening comes. i live in a mixed household, & previously a kosher kitchen has not been a realistic option. but it looks like we may be going meat-free or plant-based for health reasons, which to me is also a new opportunity to observe a significantly different mode of kashrut. what resources do you recommend for kashering a modern kitchen ? ( to be clear i am 100% open to studying the text, but it helps me to have actionable stuff in a more concise format; also i will definitely be talking to my rabbi about this matter )
