Judaism, trauma, and mental health.

I’ve been on psychiatric medications for almost a decade now, and I do not deny their importance and effects on making my anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD better. But as with everything else, meds alone are not enough. I began therapy, and about to start working with mindfulness, but the latter is filled with mentions of spirituality and Buddhism, which I don’t object to, but made me wonder what is Judaism’s take on matters of mental health? And I don’t mean the few bad days of feeling down, but ones that are rooted in traumatic events, and in surviving abuse.

Are there any traditions, meditations, sources where one can work on their mental health while incorporating their Judaism with it?
