Jews from Muslim countries

I’m not jewish but having lived around a good number of jews in london and new york i’ve noticed that of the jews from muslim countries moroccan jews and iraqi jews tend to harbor less resentment to their countries of origin than jews from other countries.

Is this true, and if so why did these countries have better relation to their jews than other places.
