Hello, I’m (25F) Jewish and still unmarried. I didn’t grow up super conservative, but still somewhat religious and traditional. From my own understanding, I thought a woman is not supposed to have sex with a man while menstruating, but could still interact with him. I am seeing a Jewish man, and when I told him that I’m on my period, he told me that he can’t see me at all for a week. This honestly really surprised me…I didn’t think non-orthodox practicing Jews were this conservative? How do you guys observe niddah?
