Jewish Parenting Advice

I am not a parent. I’m also not expecting to become one in the imminent future. However, it’s something that’s been on my mind and I’ve heard the best time to start working on your parenting is years before one even becomes a parent.

I’m asking for Jewish parenting advice, but not exclusively. I’m interested in hearing from parents, but again not exclusively.

Essentially, all are welcome to share anything they’d like (questions, comments, stories) related to parenting on this thread, whether it’s Judaism specific advice or not. Bedtime advice? Sure. Chinuch advice? Please! Funny stories? Go ahead! Anything somewhat on topic (that follows the sub rules) belongs!
