Jewish Identity Question

Hello, I was raised celebrating passover and all major jewish holidays with my bubbe and zayde. My mother is Jewish but was adopted when she was born by my bubbe. My father is catholic, both parents are white. I was circumcised by a rabbi in my living room. I got all the background but none of the blood Does this mean that I am not Jewish? What does this make me? I couldn’t find a clear cut answer anywhere, i appreciate the help.
