Jewish Feminism and Tension between Sects

Shalom all, I have an issue I would love some thoughts and feedback on. I attend the reform pluralistic temple and am in a women’s group there. Recently we had a discussion about Jewish feminism and egalitarianism in the women’s group, and things got pretty tense. I have grown up in very reform egalitarian accepting spaces that encouraged the intersection of social justice, feminism, and Judaism simultaneously. This is not everyone’s understanding of Judaism and is a relatively new ideology, though one that has been very positive in my life. Where do you stand in this debate? Do you think social justice and Judaism can/ should exist in the same space? Have you ever encountered a space where people disagree on these things? I know that this is a highly debated topic and Jews across the different sects and religious spectrum have different opinions and ideology here.
