Is using the shedim for a fiction story offensive?

Hello i like do the next question, im not a jewish and wanted to ask if his bad use the shedim entities of jewish folklore for my story

The story is basically about a agency that try to contain and study different supernatural creatures “the fae” (fae in old english sense “magical creature”) In the story shedim are changeling fae that love to annoy and tricks people for their twisted sense of humor, they are weak to silver and to jewish humor, the existence of a humor that talk about the one and not to insult others make shedims very angry and make them abandond the area
