Is this from something esoteric that I’m missing?

I found this in a pile of scrap fabric, and it feels like something from Talmud, I can’t place it. Maybe it’s from somewhere more esoteric like chassidic writing? Like to nurture the desire for “receiving for the sake of giving”… maybe it’s just a random test strip I found, but… can anyone identify this?
