Is there a museum in San Francisco dedicated to the city’s Jewish history?

I know there is the Contemporary Jewish Museum, but its specialty is rotating exhibits, and I read it doesn’t hold any permanent collection, so I don’t think it has anything historical, that is specific to San Francisco.
