Is the Sour Toe cocktail kosher?

For those unfamiliar, the Sour Toe cocktail is a phenomenon at a hotel bar in Dawson City, Yukon Territory, Canada

It’s not a specific recipe per se, but rather any drink with a severed human toe in the glass that one’s lips have to touch

Gross factor aside, I can’t see any issue with it as the toe isn’t actually consumed, but I’m unsure if I’m missing anything (plus, I’m interested in other people’s thoughts more generally too!)
