I’m a mostly secular jew with a pretty good jewish education but this question has never come up. If a wrapper for a product (say unkosher gummy bears) is recycled into a kosher products packaging wouldn’t that be an issue, because the packaging used to touch traif food and now would be ruining the kashrut of the kosher food?
