Is my Synagogue too far away?

unfortunately, there is only one orthodox snyagogue in my town and it is 6.2km (3.8 miles) away. My walk is 1 hour and 25 minutes according to Google Maps. If I actually walk, it will probably take me 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I wonder if this distance might be too far for an orthodox giur?

I’m very interested, but I’ve often read on the internet that you should live in a Jewish community and that the Beit Din also emphasises this.

The problem is that I am still a student at the age of 22 and the Orthodox synagogue is also located in a very expensive part of town where housing prices are unfortunately extremely, extremely, high.

For me personally, 1 hour and 15 minutes is not much.

Walking is healthy and would not be a problem for me on Shabbat.

But how do the rabbis or the Beit Din see it?
