Is my last name Isajlo a Jewish name?

Hello guys,

I was wondering if the name Isajlo means something in Jewish which is my last name. I’m not sure where he lived but, he is born before world war 1. I and parents and grandparents are living in Macedonia, but our last name is not Slavic, so I wanted to ask, maybe some of you heard of it or read about it. I was not able to find any information on its origins.
