Is it racist or antisemitic to say “a baby between a Jewish man and a Samaritan woman is just a baby who’s born with no culture and no religion”?

They’re both ethnoreligious communities that you’re either born into or converted into.

A child of a Samaritan woman isn’t a Samaritan unless the dad is Samaritan. A child of a Jewish man isn’t Jewish unless the mom is Jewish.

Is this incorrect according to your congregation/denomination?
