In orthodox judaism, what would happen if the wife refuses to accept a get?

I understand that the husband is the one who gives the get.

Does the wife have to accept the get? What would happen if she refuses to accept the get? Can a divorce happen if she will never accept the get? What’s the process towards finalizing a Jewish divorce?
