Does anyone have more insight into which Rebbe or Sage or Commentator said anything akin to that? I’m not Chassidic, clearly, but the phrase resonated with me very deeply when I read it and I might or might not have tattooed on my left arm המוסיקה הוא הנוצה של הנשמה (“Music is the Quill of the Soul”) a few years ago. I was just hoping to be able to locate some source material for the quote.
