I’m planning on attending Shabbat service.

This will not be the first time I attend a Shabbat service. (It is going to be at a Conservative Synagogue). I attended it once a few years ago and while I enjoyed it, I was confused. I can’t speak, read, nor understand Hebrew for now, and so following the English translation was tricky because there were times when the congregation was on the next page and I was still wandering in the desert trying to figure out where am I.

My plan for this time is to not spend so much time and energy worrying about understanding everything, and rather sit down and be present in the moment rather than flipping pages.

What do you think? Any other advice you think I could use?
