I’m becoming a religious Jew, could I be a vet too?

It’s been a dream of my to become a veterinarian but also to convert to orthodox Judaism as well. I’m already in the process to do both but, the rabbinical court brought to my attention I would not be able to neuter male animals (I could still spay female animals). I wanted to know, if it’s still possible for me to be a vet and would vet schools allow religious exemptions for neutering (NOTE: I could still SPAY animals). It breaks my heart to hear I possibly can’t do both. (More context: I want to do emergency medicine, but I know that things could change and I could end up doing GP). If you’re in a profession that also goes against halacha, please let me know what you do
