I was doing research on the difference between Hebrew and Jewish and got mixed results.

One source said that Jewish people were from the tribe Judah. Another source said that all Hebrews were Jewish. I think phonetically that would make sense. Also that made me think about the word Judaism and how it starts the same as Judah. Could someone clear this up for me?
